This is a pretty basic headphone stand, made of rubberised plastic. The material is of good quality, flexible but not in a "cheap plastic" way. It might not be the most stylish stand, but it is neutral and should fit anywhere. It is very light, but should still hold any pair of headphones without any problem. Even with my Hifiman He500, which are large and HEAVY, with detachable cables, it shows no sign of imbalance it is steady and will not fall unless you want it to.Overall
Only defect is that the place where the headband rests is rather small and not cushioned; the pressure caused by the weight of the headphones could deform the headband. Solved by using a piece of foam. (Posted on 2/12/13)
