30 Day Full Money Back Returns

Returning items to MP4 Nation is easy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of the products delivery to you, you can send it back to us and receive a full refund on your purchase price.

MP4 Nation can't accept a return and offer a full refund if:

- The product is damaged from being used by the buyer, this includes physical and cosmetic damage.

- Any part of the products package i.e. accessories,  are missing.

- The original retail packing is not sent back.

- If the purchase is a bundle deal, all items of the bundle must be returned.

- In the case of tablets we can't accept any returns if the firmware loaded is not one that originate from the manufacturer. 

\Should your return not be eligible for a full refund due to any one of the above reasons, MP4 Nation may not issue a refund or may deduct a restocking fee of no more than 30%.

Full refund is for the purchase price of the product, any additional payment for express shipping will not be refunded. We will not deduct any additional amount from the refund for shipping costs in the event the product was sent to you by our free airmail method.
