Meizu SL is coming out soon...

by sept 25th (China Version) priced $165 8g model (ebay seller)

By October (International Version)

SL is slimmer but its suffer its playback time reduced by 25%
SL they said has better viewing angle and has even better sound quality...

but im confused that, according to pmptoday.com, it has TV OUT, but according to mezume.com forum, TV OUT feature is for the SE version which is believed to be the MEIZU M7...

i dont know which is right???

i like the TV OUT feature so i can watch downloaded video right in my tv using my player...

i don't think the SL version will have TV out, apart from PMPToday i can't find anyother mention of it, not even on meizume

it still the only place that has confirmed that, not even on meizume does it say about the tv out

Its true that MEIZU M6 SP new firmware (FW 2.004) will be the same like FW whitch works in MEIZU M6 SL ???

For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to find out what chips the Meizu SL will be using. In one of Meizu's press releases they mention that the SL will use a new audio chip to improve the sound quality over the older M6, but there is no mention anywhere of what that new chip is.

Yeah its unclear what new audio chip their using. Hopefully they don't cut too many corners just to offer a cheap price. The older Meizu M6 had more expensive Toshiba screens then they switched to the cheaper SP Samsung screens. SL has a smaller battery than the previous model. And if the mess with the audio quality then that will mess up what sets Meizu players apart.

i guess Meizu is being hush hush on the specs for the player, but its meizu and they don't disappoint...well not yet they haven't.
