I used "Restore"....look at the screenshots. I can install any version, just to repair the player.

The problem is I don't have orginal firmware for T8....Maybe someone has it?

looking at screen shots tells me nothing about which button you pressed!!

I used Your guide too...I am stuck at Now restore the player-7. I tried already 4 diffrent FWs to repair. Isn't there any other tool?

Now trying with 1.8....One time, I don't know why, but some files appeard on player...name 1 2 3 4 5 and so on. They weight about 35 MB? Something like that. Back then, I used FW 3.3

connect the player up, look in device manager and uninstall all refs to rockchip, ramos, CLASS FOR ROCKCHIP DEVICES etc etc, then disconnect and connect again and try the tool again

I got this working! But only for 1 time...It then said "Re-Start Your Player", so I did so. Then using RK27Upgrade transffered everything as It should be...Disconnected player. Trying to switch it on. Nothing. What to do next after I see "Re-Start Your Player"

it should restart by itself after the firmware update has completed, you might have to wait a while.

But there is black screem all the time....are You sure? It now shows Re-Start the Player. I will wait...5 minutes passed. I think I now have to disconnect it and make it "rk27 usb device"....I hope so.

Nothing changed. Now gonna transfer files via RK27Upgrade

Nothing changed. Trying with 2.0 FW

I did it! Repair Succesful. Disconnected from PC. Reset. Turning ON. Nothing changed. I don't get it anymore...

I FIXED IT!! Had just to leave Restore alone and don't do anything on PC xP Then everything gone smoothly-nice
