Im thinking about

Freeciv and OpenTTD im wondering how they would work with a stylus.

should work well don't forget you can pretty much usb/ Bluetooth any other things you might need although Bluetooth will drain z batts... fast(er)
About games: depends on screen quality, however, should work pretty well depending on what resolution the game will scale to.
And so you know WINE will not work as it has to be an x86 processor
openTTD should work well

to test screen size, open a game and reduce the resolution to 800x400 (I believe this is the res) and run in "windowed mode"

Just saw the new video of the Pandora machine working, saw quake playing on it flawlessly, wonder if the Q5 could do the same.

Easily possible. It runs on an iphone just fine, and this thing blows an iphone out of the water. ;)

Hopefully someone actually ports it, though.

i doubt it can because i think i read that pandora was running doom 3. not sure but if the n800 can im sure this can. and if it does itll be able to run Quake, Duke Nukem (=]), and Shadow Warrior.
