While the movie is playing, press the button below >|| twice. This brings up a menu. Scroll to the 2nd option which is the Zoom function.

you can also do this before movie starts.......
choose video in main menu then third option which is zoom mode and set it to fullscreen

you need firmware update 1.2 to do that while playing.
