Let the player charge for a bit, then reconnect the player to your PC and see if it connects fine, also check to see if there are an usb drives installed on your device manager that have errors, uninstall them and then reconnect your player.

I cannot get it to be seen by 2 identical EeePC's - I'm sure it has to do with the DC load the device puts on the USB port. When I connect the device, it also stops the built in SD card readers in the EeePC's from working!

A POWERED hub should fix the problem....

Not sure about eeePCs some people have said they use a stripped down version of XP, so it may be an issue there

I'm using a stripped down version and I can only get it to display the USB connected screen. I can see the contents of the player but not modify it in any way.

On a normal XP computer, I can only charge it. Either way, I'm kinda out of luck. Please help with this.

Also, I've emailed you about my order, my Brainwavz didn't arrive in the package. Could you give me a reply on that, thanks!

Just to update my situation, a powered hub fixed my issues on EeePC's. Hope this helps!

On my netbook (Advent 4211 aka MSI WInd) I installed every possible OS from Windows, and I tested them all with my OS-43.

XP professional with SP3: no problem

Windows 7 : no problem

Vista Ultimate with SP1 : no problem

All three OS can see my OS-43 in the same way, even the doomed Vista.

I also get same problem, I'm using XP, which I tried 3 computer which still not work. It only can charge and cannot download any from PC. It also have the other problem that it cannot out put to TV, only have sound and no image. I sent the MP4 back, but they said after to check and everything is fine. And inform that will send the item back, after that I send the e-mail and told all about which no reply again, which I wait for a weeks still no reply and re-send the e-mail again, and still no reply. It's almost coming 2 weeks time without reply. How can I do, I even don't know whether they had sent the MP4 back or not.

I really want to have their address, as I have friend in HongKong think they can help to fix with them instead of to wasting the time. As I brought for the presale in ear Dec, now is more then 2 months already still cannot get the correct MP4, is anyone can help ????
