PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR THE NEW S:FLO LITE PLAYER AND NOT THE S:FLO
Download Maderin1 very slick theme for your Nationite S:Flo LITE. The firmware version is the same as the current firmware that is shipping with the S:Flo Lite, V1.05, however we have changed the following:

- Custom theme
- Fixed Startup/Shutdown
- Fixed the English wording on the menu and such.

Download the file here

You will need to extract the RAR file, you will get two items, one is a folder called 'Firmware' and a file called rkusb.tag.

To install the new theme do the following:

1. Copy file rkusb.tag to you player, disconnect the player, turn it off and turn it back on, connect it to your PC, you will now get two drives showing, one will be the drive with the players firmware, the second drive has all your music, video etc file.

2. DO NOT AT ANY POINT FROM HERE DISCONNECT YOUR PLAYER - delete all the files on the firmware part of the players drive.

3. In the downloaded folder 'Firmware', copy all the contents of this folder into the firmware drive.

4. Use the 'Safely remove hardware' feature on Windows to disconnect your player from your PC.

The new theme will have been installed, you may want to restart the player before you start using the player with the new theme.

Enjoy.

The link is not dead, just misspelt. Take the final / off and you can download:

Don't know the answer to the other question though, is this for the S:Flo or the S:Flo Lite? Or both?

Delete the firmware files? Has anyone tried doing this? I'm horrified that deleting things would absolutely crash my player. :/

dont panic, you can delete them its fine we do it all the times, as long as you DO NOT disconnect the player without first copying over the NEW firmware files from the download, and always copy out the original firmware files as a back up

the files are called

APPDATA
SYSTEM
SYSTEM00
RESOURCE
plus maybe a couple of extras depending ..

also, make sure you DO extract the firmware files form the download first, dont just dumpt the RAR file in there

Just a question: In the folder 'firmware' I should copy the folder or the individual files? What about the files, like APPDATA, that are in a folder themselves?

no, copy the contents of the FIRMWARE folder only, there are 5 folders and 2 small files in the FIRMWARE folder, copy all those to the players partition
