HELP vx767! URGENT!

OMG here is the deal. i got the player and it was awsome for about a week and now i have a serious problem!

Everytime i power off the player, all the files i put on the players on board memory Dissapear. and not only that! the memory that the files took up doesnt even show up anymore?!?! what should i DO!!! Please i really need and admins help or someone who really knows about this problem.

Do i need to get a replacement?

my visible memory now sits at 20.3 MB on the player! whats happening!

Have you tried the reset button on the side? If that doesn't work try formatting the player via Windows.

Ok so how do i go about formatting the players on board mem???? Im sorry im just scared to try anything else when it says i only have 20 MB left. is their a guide or something?

onda 787 has a firmware restoration tool.... but you need one for 767

oh my god so ive tried downloading the new firmware but the file .hxf is too big to even put on the player! its 32 mb and the player thinks it only has 20 mb. ADMINS HELP

you need to restore the firmware - i had a similar problem on my 787 and it showed 900 MB of space instead 16 GB - by using the firmware restoration tool everything was solved

is there a firmware restoration tool for 767? anyone who knows please help
