is it TG today - wow - totally missed that one, usually hear something somewhere about it -oh well, happy TG to all that celebrate and know what its all about

We aren't allowed to miss it in the US....it's all over the place....

My family and I survived Sandy unscathed, thankfully, but it was quite the mess around these parts for awhile. It's all back to normal now, so we can get on with our Black Friday events and trample each other to death, lol.

lol - wow - all sorted already, thats good going

as for black friday, we seems to have that here now, never used to have it then all of a sudden Amazon are pushing it like mad - TBH mainly Amazon, not so sure about the high street stores (if there are any left)

Black Friday USED to be a great time to shop for the ultimate bargains of the year.....not any more. The big online retailers have destroyed it completely and totally, making it a total farce. Some, like Tiger Direct, turned it into a monthly event(the last Friday of every month....)and still others make it into a long, drawn out week long event----and offer nothing but useless crap for sale. Nothings sacred in this country anymore*sigh*

lol - shopping aint what it used to be eh! - same here, black Friday has been a week long event with nothing worth having at all
