as Raz told me before, they always check the tablets before shipping them.
I really am sorry that you have a unit with stuck pixels, i did see your PM but only today, i haven't really been on the forums or in the office for the good part of the last 3 weeks. Unfortunately this is not something out of the unusual on the Cubes tablet line, after discussing with them today they have said they do not consider a screen defective unless it has more than 5 stuck pixels, essentially they are using B stock screens to cut the price down. I checked some of the other Cube tabs and two had pixels stuck and others did not, but the backlight bleeding seems to be more common, not sure if this is just how it is on this model or construction issue, but it again looks like Cube don't seem to consider it a issue.
I don't really know what else alternative suggestion to give other than i can recommend is to send it back for a refund, i can't really assure you that a replacement wouldn't have any of those issues. I am not exactly very happy at how Cube are just rolling out tablets with screens like this, they seem to justify it as thats how they keep the price so low.
As for the other issues, the chargers we get are not always USA 2 pin, in the case of the Cube tablets they only had UK and Euro plugs, but the chargers itself support upto 240v so they can work worldwide.
Our staff do check the tablets, but the checking to make sure they turn on, touch screen works and every other to see if the tablet detects wireless routers (wifi chip check), they do not check each tablet for stuck pixels unless they see one, it would just take way to long to give each tablet a detailed check.
Follow up with support and they will help you out.
