Yes it is working, you can check the ticket manually also just incase the ticket reply emails are heading to your spam bin in your email account.

Hi Raz

Unfortunately, still not received a reply on my ticket. In my email J did not get any response, I also checked the spam. I'll wait two more day and resign from the order.Every day I speak also for our chat,and always gets the promise of answers to my ticket but never get it .I'm very disappointed.
