Just received an EKEN T10A-Now with Full Review/Video

By the way, is there any chance that the A10 chip clock speed will get raised close to the advertised 1.5 GHz?
I mean, I understand that 1,5 GHz may be just marketing, but 1,2 GHz could be reasonable starting from the base 1.0 GHz.
I understand also that this could definitely kill the already not great battery life, but I would like to see what this chip can do with a little boost.
Any info on this?

I wouldnt hold my breath on a speed increase,almost all of the A10 based tabs seem to be around the 1GHZ mark for now....more for power savings than anything else,I'm sure. Glad you got the T10a,its a fine tab all around,and I just want its baby brother to see what I can do with it,sounds like fun

can you get youtube to work on this tablet because i cannot for the life of me

also, i find that the tablet has issues staying connected with wi-fi, in the same room downstairs we have a ps3 and a laptop which both recieve a wireless signal strong enough to stream netflix in hd. But the tab will not pick up the signal unless we take it into the room directly under the router, you think this maybe the wireless chip in the tablet?

the website, havent got the app. also, i got shadowgun the other day, it goes through the cutscenes and then straight back to desktop..any ideas on how to stop this i.e configs of launchers and such?

YouTube works online just fine for me. Its the app that only partially works. Have you downloaded flash 11 from Play? Its needed. Not all games work on all android tabs unfortunately. I couldn't get that one to work,either. If you want the YouTube app,by the way,go to a site called android freeware,they have all the latest versions.

Woah!! i have just found a beautiful looking and lightning fast youtube app built for ics. It works flawless, i dont know what the rules are about linking to sites are or uploading apks but if you would like it then please ask as i would like to share. And yes i downloaded flash 11 as i thought that was the initial problem. never mind, this app is amazing!!

As long as you dont link to a store that sells what this place sells then you can link to it. Glad you found something that works for you

On a different note, does anyone know how to rescan media on the winamp app? i hooked my harddrive up to the tab the other day and now it has all the contents of my hdd in the winamp database, i need to wipe the database clean basically. someone suggested power off and on but that never worked, is there something i can do in the settings to resolve this?
