I hope it's still in time...

...my stuttering problem stopped after the FW change. But a new issue was added and if someone is not just for the sound like me, it can be a bother. The button to change volume and prev/next is a little unresponsive after the FW change. You need to press is many times in order to work as it should, and seems to be a software problem, since I don't recall having it before and because the button always work to turn the screen on, but doesn't to change the music. After pressing the button to turn the screen on, I can press prev/next 10 times and nothing will happen. Volume up/down works more randomly, I press it and it may work or not. But as soon as the volume starts working, I can change the music pressing prev/next. Well, that's really boring, but is better than the music stuttering...

Try and reflash your unit, see if they changes the sensitivity. Also if your units memory is almost totally full then remove some songs to make more space, you might see performance improve.

Admin, I don't want to reflash, these things are crazy, who knows if I reflash it starts again to stutter the music? lol

I prefer having a bad button than gaps on my songs. Tha unit is almost empty, only 200mb of 320kpbs mp3 were used. And it's the exactly folder I copied from it before flashing the new FW, I kept it to be sure the problem wasn't the reading of these files. The unit is brand new, so in fact it was just filled with that files and tested, it's not my main dap right now, so it doesn't carry much files.

LiquidN, unfortunately the newest units came flashed with a newer FW, version 22, and can't be flashed older ones, or the unit will be bricked. Version 21 was ok with my older 4gb unit. So I needed to try version 23 with this newer 8gb unit, since version 22 was unusable.

I've made a video of some of my players playing the HD650 from Sennheiser. N2 is one of the players.

And you can see the issue I commented before, about the player buttons becoming unresponsive at 5:23 when I try to pause it and need to press the button 5 times to work. You can see the screen turning on on first press, so the button works fine... but the player was unresponsive at that moment.

Enjoy

Hi all,

It's my first post here, I am using this wonderful little player Nationite Nanite N2 and till now everything was going fine, but my player stops detecting the memory card(micro SD card) it doesn't check the external media during the boot-up, but it used to check it before. Don't know what is the problem, also it is not showing the SD card icon the the player, it is showing the cross sign on the place of the SD card icon on the screen. I am really not getting what is the problem here. SD card is working fine, I am playing music from SD card attached to the PC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

This has happened to me once before, the N2 cannot recognise the SD card but fine on the PC. The only solution that worked for me was to reformat the SD card again.

I have formatted the card using NTFS file system that is why this tiny little powerful player was not supporting the SD Card
