I was Just wondering about the P76. It looks like it has the same CPU and GPU as the Ainol NOVO 7 Advanced. I know that it only has 2 point touch But is there something that Im missing here? As Iv narrowed it down to the Teclast P76 Wopad I7 Ainol NOVO 7 Advanced or Window N50DT Or even A Zenithink C71. So Whacha guys think? Cuz I can get the teclast for about $130.00 Shipped By Fedex Express.

probably noting its just that the ainol package seems to appeal more, much in the same way as the N50 rules over the U15GT - i think the package offered by ainol seems better plus there are some developments and active forums for it, so that in itself is a bonus

The Teclast P76 is a 2 point resistive screen. You'll have to apply pressure to affect action. If you're ever worked with resistive screens you'll know there is a world of difference between the resistive and capacitive type.

The Zenithink C71 I've never heard of. I can't find very many forums discussing it, and those are bad signs. You want at least a moderate level of community, and a known company for continued firmware support. Having a unique tablet that you found online may sound nice and may save you a few bucks, but you'll pay for it in frustration.

That said I think the Ainol Novo7 and the Window N50DT are both very strong choices with a fair amount of user level community support thus far.

considering how quickly the firmware is changing. by the time you get it the advice might change. :D

For today ... I would flash 1.6T (which is the firmware that I found supports 1080p best), Then run the Root & market script on the slatedroid forums.

or if you don't need 1080p playback... Flash 1.8T, then run the root script. (1.8 already has market installed)

But this advice will probably be obsolete by Friday... let alone when you get the hardware. :D
