so tech is getting more powerful, cramming more and more in but .. getting bigger and bigger, meaning we need additional accessories, like bags to carry them in, chargers to charge them, as all the wifi and games kill battery quick, cases to protect the larger screens, possibly addition battery packs or external thumb and HDD drives or keyboards ... ... .. damn, give me a small phone anyday, slipped in the pocket and done, i dont want to feel like im packing a weekend bag each time i want to go out of the house ..

well, in this case, here is the solution: all men are just need a small tiny "blue tablet" , easy to carry and enlarge them when you need it..LOL

Yeah, I drove down to VA for a family reunion picnic last month. I literally had a bag just for all the batteries, cables and cords for all the electronic devices. Wall charger, car charger, noice cancelling headphones, etc. I was a bit ridiculous now that I think about. But it kept the kids quiet, so all is good in the world i guess.

thats what i do if we drive to some where. if we take a flight trip, I have to have my kids carry their own back pack and decide which device they want to take. because I'm not carry for them regardless how heavy will be..lol

LOL..oh they love to do it, have their own thing in their own way, :wink:

in fact, they are well trained and learned what they really need to take after few times they took with them and not in use.

I am really interested in the 7 inch model! But the lenovo one is going to be soooo much cheaper it may be a toss up.

Samsung withdraws latest tablet computer from German trade show

SEOUL, Sept. 4 (Yonhap) — Samsung Electronics Co. said Sunday that it is not showcasing its latest Galaxy Tab tablet computer any more at the ongoing annual trade show in Germany in a bid to respect a German court’s approval of an injunction sought by Apple Inc.Samsung Electronics Co., the world’s second-biggest handset maker, unveiled the Galaxy Tab 7.7 for the first time at the annual trade fair, known as the IFA, which kicked off on Friday for a six-day run in Berlin.But Samsung pulled the tablet computer out of the show after a Dusseldorf court accepted on Friday Apple’s request to ban sales and marketing of the product in Germany, the company said.Samsung Electronics has been in a global patent dispute with Apple that spans regions from Europe and Australia. The U.S. company claims that Samsung’s Galaxy series of products copied its best-selling iPad and iPhone.

Samsung Electronics said it will refute Apple’s claims and take legal actions so its smartphones and table computers business runs smoothly in Germany.

A Dusseldorf court on Aug. 16 accepted Samsung’s request to reverse an injunction against the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 across Europe, excluding the Netherlands. The ruling caused the jurisdiction of the injunction to be scaled back only to Germany
