Hi at all,
I had ordered a N2 (with Brainwavz Beta) for my girlfriend. Yesterday, she have received it and found the "instructions" in maderin1 thread.
Unfortunatly, we have some problem. We tried to boot the device but it did not do it. We thought that it did not have much battery to turn on. We linked the NaNite to the computer with its cable. The computer has detected the new peripheric and it have "installed its driver". When, done, we tried to drag and drop some file but we saw that there is not any "Mass storage device" (or device linked to the computer)..
We left the player linked for a while and then we re-tried to switch on it, but no results :(
We tried with another computer but it is the same..
We don't know what to do next.. did we done something wrong?
Does anyone understand which is the problem? :? :

thank you all and best regards,
Juspolo

Thank you for your reponse :)

When we plug the player, the computer makes the sound of a new device link but after that nothing more (exept for the "driver install" at the first plug). The player does not turn on and the usb-connect icon is not showed..
I fogot to say that we have already tried the reset hole, but no reaction.. :(

have you opened a support ticket, other than a hard reset I don't know what else to recommend.

mmm .. odd one
for start leave the player on charge for a few hours before trying to access it or use it, get some charge into it

when you connect it to the PC does anything appear on the players screen.

on your computer is the player recognised in the DEVICE MANAGER or is it in the list for SAFELY DISCONNECT

oh, and do you have another USB cable you can try

We did linked it in charge for 4 hours, sorry i didn't specified it.
When we connect the device there is not any reaction from the it (the device) :(
When the player is plugged, nothing will appear in the Device Manager of Windows 7, and it is not listened in the list for Safely Disconnect..

Best regards,
Juspolo
