Well... That's a puzzling one...
May be a bit of a stupid question, but do you own/have access to a wireless access point (such as a modem or router that supports wireless) for it to connect to?

I assume you do as you seem to know what you're doing, so:
Have you tried keeping it right next to the router? Have you tried switching the antennas (probably isn't gonna make any difference, they should find each other without antennas even when next to each other)?

Have you tried resetting it to factory settings (you can do that from the hole under the camera as well as from the browser interface) and starting over?
Does the LED blink green when you pull out the Ethernet cable? If it does, approximately how many times per second would you say?

Hope that helps, it's all I can think of right now. :|

EDIT:
Should have re-read your old posts before posting; removed the irrelevant instructions!

Yep, I have a Netgear Wired/Wireless b/g router

It's sat within 50cm of my router and WiFi Analyser reports my WiFi signal 2-3 times stronger than others it detects in my area.

Yep, I have tried resetting the camera, plus allowing my router to allocate the IP address, allocating a fixed IP address within my network range etc etc

No the LED does not blink when I remove the cable.

Thanks for trying, maybe the WiFi chip doesn't like my router, it wouldn't be the first WiFi/Router miss-match ever.

Try this Nation, this is how I get my cam works on my network.
First plug in the camera till the green light is blinking, Run Bseries.exe on your laptop, then click Search on the bottom left, your cam should be listed there, on the right side, check the Set IP automatically, there should be listing the camera's IP address...etc, then go to your internet browser(IE if you can), enter the camera IP address listed where IP config. you should be able to view the cam there.. try few times unplug and replug in the cam if you still can't see.

Yeah, that sucks. :/ Are you going to return the camera or what?

I'm having a really difficutl time setting this camera up. I have two lights running on the camera (in the back) One is green and is constantly on. The other is yellow and blinks every couple of seconds. The manual says that this means it is looking for a network. I have it plugged into my router. Every once in a while I can find the camera using the Bsearch.exe program. But the connection doesn't seem to last. I thought I had it set up once, and the IPCMonitor program found the camera, but could not get it to start.

Now I cannot seem to get the camera connected at. I tried a manual reset a few different ways and am getting nowhere. Is there any other way to get this camera recognized?

Maybe you should try using IE.

Did you try to connect the IP camera directly to your PC via ethernet cable for the setup?

Finally got it running. Took some waiting on my part to get the camera to get recognized, but it is now. Thanks for the suggestions.

Now I'm trying to figure something else out. When I bought the camera, I expected it to have zoom capability (digital). That's what the listing mentioned on amazon. But the software bundle doesn't allow you to use the zoom buttons. And it isn't even an option on the browser controls. Does that mean the B series doesn't have this function or do I need to update the software somehow?

As the manual stated only the IE has full control panel. Have you try that?

mmm, I seems can't find the zoom bottom.
Unless you change the resolution.

Checked with another vendor and they tell me it doesn't have a zoom function. Kinda sucks that I got taken since that is what I wanted to use the camera for. If I return it I only get half the cost back and the shipping will probably make it not worth it at all. If somebody wants mine, let me know. I'd rather sell it to someone who knows they want it than for it to sit unused.
