IT IS A VERY SOLID AND WELL MADE PIECE OF HARDWARE (sorry .. caps) so you will have no probs there, speaker is loud and the FM transmitter is also pretty good, so you can have the navigation coming out of the car stereo

included GPS suction arm is very strong and has some good adjustments - mines been stuck to the side of the fridge for the last week and aint moved an inch
in my location it finds many satellites and fast, navigation with IGO 8 is fast and pretty accurate (well, as accurate as can be as i dont have up-to-date maps - another pain)
Good to know, thanks maderin1. iGo 8 and iGo Primo use the same maps, correct? Can anyone speak to the differences, I know Primo is newer but I am getting the impression from the web that people prefer 8.
I was a Magellan user for a long time (back in the early days of GPS) then switched to Garmin so I am inclined to Garmin XT but it seems like they no longer support it, and haven't for over a year? I have city navigator maps so that will probably be my first stop unless iGo 8 is clearly superior.
