So from reading other reviews on dual armature IEMs. This will lack in bass?

It has bass, not a lot, so not for any bass lovers or bass heavy music, but in general Armatures don't have that much bass unless they have a lot more drivers solely focused on lower frequencies.

I don't know the DBA-02 or the fischer brand, chances are they oem from the same factory, the cabling on theirs is the same as the stock model, but i can't comment on the sound as i have never heard the dba-02 before.

Just save yourself sometime and consider ours to be different and treat them as such :)

Also FYI we will be using the silver ofc cable as the other Brainwavz have, the stock tips will be made by Comply :) and the final housing will in black.

There is no model number for these yet, i will be setting up an audition program, but as i only have 3 working samples right now the audition program will be limited with one reviewer forwarding the earphones to the next reviewer.

These will not be out till March.

Wow - if you'd never heard of Fischer, then this is a happy coincidence! Great choice of OEM. Though from now on, these IEM's will be compared immediately with the DBA-02. Many reviewers at Head-fi have given the Fischer's scores of 10 out of 10. :-) I'm VERY curious to hear what the final sound is like. I had a pair of Ultimate Ears TF10 - and currently have custom TF10 quads - and from the reviews I've heard, these might beat or surpass them.

how would these pair with the likes of the sflo2, you mention they are not bassy, so are the devil very much in the details with these -would these and the sflo2 raw sound mean ou could hear even more detail than ever before

Its not there isn't bass, there just is not as much as say any of the other brainwavz earphones, but you probably won't care as you will just hear things in your music that you hadn't, it will sound as the artist wanted it to be heard.

Ofciurse these wont be suitable for all types of music genres especially hip hop, drum and bass and other very Bassey songs.

These will be quite different from the other earphones we have.

either way i think they will be a good addition to an ever expanding range that is proving to be quite popular, especially as you now have a direct UK outlet in advancedmp3players.com - quite a coup and definitely gives you that bit more credibility

Very nice. "the devil is in the detail", but it will worth the effort 8)

Those look gorgeous Raz. Are we looking at a March release??? Any specs or word on pricing??? At the rate you're going you're going to have a multi-driver pair of IEM's before the end of 2011. This is turning into earphone nation! :) I LOVE IT!! The store keeps evolving and getting better and more interesting with each passing month.
