Yeah, whatever. I use my laptop about 2-3 times per year, lol. So what makes you think that? Who the hell wants to type on a screen? Takes too long, not practical at all. I guess you're just too young to understand, LOL

You take the cool factor over practicality.
EDIT: As a matter of fact, my laptop is an HP Touchsmart. You can use the onscreen keyboard, as well as hand write something into a forum, etc. Maybe that's why pads don't interest me. I have an all in one unit.
theres an app for everything

the swype app makes typing easier. instead of typing in say 6 individual keys on a keyboard with 2 hands, you can just run 1 finger over the letters in one motion.
by typing this way, words sort of become a signiture and you memorise what each word looks like (almost like a chinese character)
the key difference between a pad and a laptop is the comfort in how you use it.
its like when PC owners say that PC gaming is better than consoles as it has the latest technology and you can move faster with a mouse...
the key thing they forget is that whilst the PC gamer is slouched over a desk, back bent, in the corner of the room, sitting on a hard chair, the console player is sat on his comfy sofa or bed, feet up , beer on the table, playing on a 50" screen
