I have a Benss X636 HD MP4 player that I bought just a couple of months ago, it was from Ebay and the seller is no longer a register user.

On viewing a video I have the function to ON for stopping a movie and coming back to it, whether I shut the player off and put it on again. Well I say YES to continue (where I left off from last time), the picture doesn't go back to where I last view it only the sound does. Is there anyway to fix this?

The same thing happens if you try to fast forward through the movie, you can get the sound where you left off but the picture remains still like the beginning of the movie.

My last thing is the OTG function to where you can plug in a flash drive for additional storage to store more video on to play from. A cable was included in the package but using that, the little symbol that it was accessible doesn't stay on but a second. So I ordered another cable and tried it, that didn't respond. Is there anyway to fix this too?

Has anybody have the same experience? I try to write directly to the company but conversation with them says go to the seller but I can't because he left and I get no response from the last email I have from him. Would appreciate anybody has some kind of answers to share, thank you in advance again.

Cynthia

Have you looked around to see if there have been any new fw releases for the unit?

Hello.

I didn't see any new firmware releases for this one that I remembered. I thought the company said there isn't any update for it.

And are you talking about resetting the player option? I think maybe I did but I can't be absolutely sure 100%.

does it happen to all the movies you have? I don't have this player but from my experience with other player, Some times when that happens, I just press pause and play again, it seems work.

Yes I will select pause then play it and still the picture stays still but the sound continues.

Yes I will see the icon that you have access the OTG function then disappears completely from the touch player. I have a touch screen and just try to access the "C" type drive and wouldn't access it.
