Help to disassemble Brainwavz M2

Hi.
I have some connectivity problem in left earphone. Does anyone have a description of the disassembly or photos?

I believe there's a year warranty on the M2's. Open up a support ticket: http://www.mp4nation.net/support/

Thanks for the advice but it will take somewhere around a month. I know what a soldering iron and how to use it

If a problem not difficult it will be easier to me to correct her by myself.

If you are sure you want to invalidate your warranty, then the method to open the M2's up is to twist off the front portion, the front and back should separate, be careful not to break the housing or any other wires.

Remember there is a 1 year warranty, you can send them back to be replaced, but if you open them up, the warranty is invalidated.

Ok, without photo and with this warning I decide to send them back for replacement. Opened a support ticket(230161) and waiting for further instructions. Thanks to all.
