I've got a P810, and watching it in slide mode from a TV viewing perspective, it automatically plays "high" pictures on their side and "wide" pictures properly.

Is their any way to correct this?

I think iDarren means that photos are always displayed in a landscape view. I don't think there is any real way to change this on the P810.

Well if it has the same ui as the v6000hdt there should be an option.

When you look at the picture through the ainol.
Scroll threw the menu options on the bottom and click the one that looks like an eye.
You should than have the option of the zooming in, rotating.

Also you can try copying your picture to your computer. Open it up and edit it and save it under a different file name. I had a comic book that I converted into JPEGs, but I would display on my Ainol in the Portait view. I edited them by rotating the picture to the Landscape view and saving it under a different name. Now when I open the picture on my PMP, it comes up in Landscape.

You have to be careful that you are editing a copy of your picture and not the original.
