Before you complain about the "Apad" - please read the post and look at the links

I allready showed the Apad 701 at SlateDroid - but currently they are unsure what to think about it. On the one hand it seems weird that another manufacteur (
Aappaa) took the name of an allready existing product and just increase the number. On the other hand it got some really promising specs which makes it outstanding from other chinese clones

Short fact sheet:
=> 7-inch TFT (resolution 800x480) with a
multitouch capacitiv Display
=> 800 MHz Telechips 8902 ARM 11 which is capable of 1080p
=> 256MB of RAM (DDR2)
=> WiFi b/g
=> 1.3 MP cam
=> 2 mini USB Ports
=> 2GB/4GB storage on board
=> micro SD support
=> integrated GPS
=> Android 2.1 or update to 2.2
=> 3200mAH battery
=> 350g
A video report about the tablet can you allready find at
ARMdevice. Here are the facts from the "IFA-version" from charbax:

But this seems to be an outdated version - since today
MadeInChina refers to
Shanzhaiben, that the new one got the enhanced specs mentioned above (~ larger battery/faster processor/included GPS/higher Price). Unfortunately the dont mention such thing like a G-sensor, but it should standard nowadays

@Admins: I don't know if you are still looking for a tablet taking it into the shop after the MIDNite, but perhaps you could consider this. For a price around 150$ with the mentioned specs (~ especially the capacitiv Display) it will probably be selling very well
