T11RK Touchscreen dont work(((

Hi all!
At first sory for my english
One person give me T11RK TNT5 Player with problem - Upoad the text (or *.pdf) on russian language to this player,then it opened this text on chinese :shock:

, after that the Touchscreen dont work. Seems silly, i know, but it works fine till he upload the text file. I try to update the firmware: download the latest V1.9.19 and update it with RK28DM.exe under WinXP (under W7-the device can not be switched to Rock USB Device). Reboot - Touchscreen steel dont work. Then i try to update the player with RK28Upgrade. Steel no effect.
Can this problem appear because of firmware , or i waste my time?
I am new in this forum, how can i see screens in Attachment here - viewtopic.php?f=22&t=14970 ?
The player has english language as default, after firmware update it is chinese, how can i return it to english back?

Again, sorry for my english. Thanks in advance for helpful hints. Help me please i dont know what to do...

so the screen does not work at all or just when you try opening certain files
if you cant use the screen then you cant set it back to English

Screen does not work at all, this is the problem. This may be due to bad firmware?

if it was working before and then broke then no, its not bad firmware, more defective hardware im afraid
with the player off, try press and hold the power button for 12 seconds, release then turn on again, this may reset the player
also, check in the top right hand of the screen, is their a tiny little padlock present
