I've placed the order yesterday and paid, hoping to get it soon; need a new phone.

Anyways, it wasn't mentioned on the specifications list, but what operating system does it run on, if any. Or is it like a standard mobile phone?

Also, it mentions that it supports tri-band. I'm not too sure exactly what it is as living in Australia, I am with Optus, and I don't believe I am on a tri-band, let alone do I know what type of network I'm running on. But it'll be one of those old CDMA or whatever it is, I'm assuming.
Will this phone still support my aging sim card?

Yeah, I was guessing it had it's on brand for the OS, is it still possible to additional software and features onto it?

most likely no support for addt'l software or features.



there MIGHT be some people that have hacked the software, or at least people that are trying.

i dont know of any, but i am sure a little bit of time on google would get you some answers
