to move pictures around on the screen do you have to tap little arrows, im sure i saw it somewhere, unlike the VX530 where it can be dragged with finger around screen

That's a good point. I remember from the video review of V9000HDA on MP4 Nation, the reviewer was tapping on the screen to change pictures.
So I don't know how moving zoomed pictures would work.

BTW we got more accessories pack for the V9000HDG and Ainol now have sent us packs with the composite cables and viewing stand :)

Can somebody also check if Ainol V9000HDG is capable of

1. displaying Japanese file names, and
2. displaying Japanese textfiles?

The following file has Japanese file name and contains Japanese text.

I spent so much time choosing the best player for me. I've come down to Ainol V9000HDG or Onda VX530.

Can you let me know how do i connect Ainol V9000HDG to my TV ,which cable is used for that and is it supplied with the player.

USE the HDMI cable and connect it to your LCD tvs HDMI in (Assuming you TV has one)

Question to the thread starter: In your opinion, is the touch screen draining more battery life? :-) Can you test if it reads PDF also? :-)

My Ainol V9000HDG does not charge completed with the supplied power chager,however it charges with the usb cable when attached to my PC.
Also now i am not able to see my player connected to my pc with win explorer on WIN XP,dont know what happened.
Wanted to know how do i upgrade the firmware for my Ainol V9000HDG .
