Taylor Swift "album art" on Onda VX530 ???

cheers, i have them thanks, just taking a look at the firmware file, but alo on ondaBBS they are modding and mapping the images so i know exactly where the image is now, just taking ages for the firmware to download!!

BTW what version firmware is on the player shadowlands?? as modding the firmware is needed to change the images and a firmware update is required to load it on

first find an imge you want to use, the size must be 144*144PX in size and be BMP format

so, download the tools for modding (slightly translated English version) HERE--> http://www.mediafire.com/file/nnbgiymdnmi/IMG.7z
download the latest firmware from onda site --> http://www.onda.cn/pro/download/biosexp ... ID=1115522
open the modding tool (double click - no install needed)
click the OPEN IMG FILE button and wait .... for it to load
scroll down the resulting list and locate image "BID_B129" - there you will see the lovely Taylor swift
double click it, a file open window will appear
select the image you have made/gotten - select it and click OPEN
image will be replaced
click SAVE IMG FILE button at the bottom - wait until pop-up appears and all is done
job done

you wil now need to load the modded firmware onto the player and im afraid that is going to have to be guide number 2 .....

AS EVER MODDING IS A HACK SO ALWAYS BE CAREFUL WHEN LOADING MODDED FIRMWARE

its not hard, its just a simple program where you select a file, no more difficult than adding an image to a word document, easier in fact

the only potential "hard" bit is reloading the firmware, something you will need to do at some point anyway

for a start just download the firmware and programs and play around and get used to it, doing that will affect nothing on the player

anyway, best and easiest - just add album art to your music, then it will cover over her images

Easy as pie. Mad gave excellent instructions here. Give it a go. You can always photoshop Taylor Swifts head onto a nude body and mod your player with it, lol. :wink:

really not sure TBH but images are accessible, but then again flash uses images so maybe we are just dipping inside this
