trying to update using livesuite,when i try to load img file for player i get this message,anyone know what it is saying???????

Check that the download of livesuite you have isn't corrupt, i remember having issues with livesuite also untill i downloaded a different version and then i was able to load firmware.

Change those. Just name them like, 1,2,3, or something like that. Get rid of the characters. See if that works.

BTW, where'd you get the firmware from?

the pmp i am working with is the cube h700 hdh,here is link to firmware page firmware is same as hds http://www.51cube.com/tools.asp?page=3

Is the H700HD the same as the H700HDH?

EDIT: Sorry, I didn't see you said it was the same as the HDS.

Okay, I just downloaded that firmware. Get rid of the Chinese characters on the main folder. Then remove the Chinese characters from the "wits" folder. Go into the wits folder, and name the 2 folders there 1 and 2. Go back and open up the Livesuit tool, and hit the gold and white cube, and navigate to, and load the firmware. It just worked for me. Also, make sure you are using XP. Here's a guide that should work for this player: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=15674
