Thanks for your more complete response regarding this newest delay. I understand that you are the vendor for this product, and you can only forward on information sent to you by the manufacturing company. I truly empathize with your situation, and I honestly believe that you recognize and understand my frustrations as well. When I purchased this player from you in February, I entered into a contract with you for the product. Despite my claim in a previous post this AM, I fully intend to keep my end of this contract with you, and I will not go elsewhere to purchase the Teclast T51 version. Unless you tell me that you cannot sell me this player because you cannot get it at all, then I am prepared to wait on this 3rd batch of sflo2 players as long as it takes. But you must recognize, that my primary motivation for standing by you is this forum and your excellent moderators (and no, I am not related to any of these people). Where else can a customer get this level of support and high-quality feedback for free! In any event, as for your part of this contract, you may have to endure more messages from me and possibly others in which we voice our frustrations regarding delays... I truly believe that you are an honest, straight-up businessman and I continue to trust you and have faith that you will deliver a high-quality product to us soon. I have every confidence that you will stand behind your product once you are able to ship it out, so this is also quite a comfort to me. I do pray that you have "thick skin," and I do wish you the best of luck with success for your business.
