Spent a couple days tinkering around with stuff in Windows, installed ObjectBar and Objectdock, and made my own skins for both, and I've finally finished my new desktop!

I would think it saves screen real-estate, but to be honest, I read somewhere that the regular Windows 7 Superbar is 40px tall, while one of my bars in 22px, which means 44px in total, losing 4px's on the screen.

But it looks nice, anyways, and my mom or sister won't know how to do anything, saving me from having them read my MSN conversations! :D

Take a look:

Keep in mind, ObjectBar (on the top), doesn't supposed transparency, so I had to screenshot the desktop with the Superbar to make it look like a mini-version of the translucent Superbar.

And ObjectDock (on the bottom) doesn't have a background, so the image that looks like a bar is from the wallpaper.

I used to have Object Dock installed. I tired of it quickly though.

LOL, it's really boring without the Olympics now. ):

Not much of a nightlife, except for us kids, who go setting stuff on fire and breaking things.

Exciting and fun for us, scary for adult. :)

Don't worry, though, no one gets hurt, and not much is broken. Just choose carefully where you live.

It replaces the whole explorer shell. Takes a little while to get used to, though, without a start menu or desktop.
