i'm backing up my data tonight from my mp4, and then i'm going to try it.....

i'm going to try an origional firmware...and then also....a hacked version of a firmware that i've been working on..
more or less....i've hacked the Cube B53Wifi firmware, and i have an HXF file of the linux kernel, and the RootFS that is in a HXF file....

Hey guys I have read this whole thread. And everything worked for me until the update firmware screen on my Benss x636 Image

It just wont get past that screen. I let it sit that way for the whole night and nothing. The program still says burning and the animation is still playing so its not frozen.

Did the players root directory ever show up on your pc? Notice the note on the bottom of this guide: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=14799

I have to go to work. Please let us know whats going on.

Well kinda it comes up and says it needs to be reformated or windows will not recognize it. The only part of the process that didn't work exactly is finding the chinachip file never found it. and I looked forever.

its just funny I got it this far and it just wont finish. I tried all the firmware updates as well.

Sorry was at work couldn't post. I am talking about the chinachip folder you are supposed to find in the tutorial. I never found it.
