Os 43 repair

So i dropped my player and the screen went out :cry:

. Everything else works but the screen. It does not have a crack at all but when i shake it i hear a giggle. How can i fix it.

Open a support ticket for a possible RMA, but you should be aware the warranty covers defects in workmanship and not damage by users, so the factory may not fix your player.
