now, I am waiting for what manderin is going to say after I have said:

"After I click the button at the bottom left there is box with a red X that shows up..."

are any of the folders/files or file paths got any odd or illegible characters in them?? if o remove them, rename folders to something sensible and try again

What are you trying to do here? What happend after you installed the driver?

This screen shot is same as mine as i already said this tool is not working.

Did that and the no setting file thing doesn't appear any more (see first pic) but the end result is still the same in that the error box shows up and nothing happens.

Oddly the illegible characters have changed from lines to a weird mixture of words

Alright I went into the language file and changed it into english
