Yep, there's a special DVR dock that you have to pay extra for since some people don't need it, Archos made it an extra addition only for people who want it. There's also other docks you can buy (battery, travel, usb, etc.). be aware of hitting or dropping the player

hdd has great capacity, but the con is its fragility on a portable player, its very exposed to get ruined

You used to be able to get an archos 604 (with a larger 16:9 screen) refurbished for $130 off of pricegrabber but it sold so well that the company raised it to $150

Currently, they have a coupon code to get 10% off of any Archos Item: "Archos10" at checkout. So $160-$16=$144+shipping. Their shipping price is reasonable. That's the cheapest I can find the refurbished Archos 604.
