Thinking about getting t9hd...does it play mp4

Hi so T11te is out of the question for me. It just seems like a big letdown from what I originally thought it would be so I'm thinking t9hd since I love the t9 screen better then t11rk (I have the old t9.) I was just wondering if it plays mp4 because I really want a touch screen player that plays mp4 so anybody who has t9hd please test this file for me thanks.

well according to an imp3 member the T11Rk will soon be compiled with the correct codecs to make it play MP4 files (ipod psp style ones etc) as their other players can, like the T12, T11HD etc etc - so you will have MP4 playback soon on the RK - if the T9HD has different codecs inside the firmware than those of the RK player then it will but best be sure eh!

Hello I have a T9HD, I can confirm that the file works perfectly. Thats some strange stuff your watching

and the audio for that video is too damn loud !!! i can hear it even with headphones plugged in, i thought maybe the headphones were not plugged in lol!

lol thanks for testing and it is not weird it is classic anime thank you very much. Thanks! Finally a RAmos player that actually plays mp4. I might actually buy this. Mad, I hope so but I was looking at my old T9 and the screen is so much nicer than the RK and much more pleasent to see Anime on so I might get the t9hd. I'm excited now

The screen used on the T9 is very good.

Yes this works perfectly.

Only problem is finding a suitable aspect ratio for the video as its so wide.

Thanks eksbee. I'm just glad it works. It's very hard to find a mp4 player that actually plays MP4.
