what player is it for?
we need more information before we can do anything
why do you need it?

if it is a no brand player then it will be hard to find if at all possible

because i've update my player whit wrong firmware....
my player have a touch screen and a memoory samsung 4gb

Unfortunately there is no compatible firmware at the moment for your MP4 player if all of those posted firmware did not work for you.

I'd advise you contact the seller to try to arrange a refund or exchange.

HI dear friends. I have such mp4 player from ebay.
My friends, player not turn on and not connect to PC
It has ceased to work when I read TXT file. Can update firmware?? And how as to make if my computer does not see it through USB? . Thanks, friends. And Sorry for my English
