It has a .HXF file in the download, so probably like the Gemei HD8800, Telechip with ChinaChip software.

The Gemei HD8800 also has the .dl, and a .rom file along with the .hxf file. I didn't even get a burn tool with the VX575FHD firmwarwe. Must just upgrade the firmware internally.

EDIT: Yep, upgraded internally. Made this so there's no confusion between this and the VX575HD.

i think i wanna get another player next to the T51 for video and tv-out but i'd like to know if they improved the tv-out on CC based players because, with all
due respect, the tv-out on the 535hd was to cry for, and i need HDMI

i like the C510HD or C430T, the C510HD seems more powerful but you really think these teclast chips are sochip rebrands? they have the T8100 and T7200, i really thought they were their own custom made?

Yeah, the T51 was definitely made for audio. How is the video on it? I personally believe they are SoChip SC9800. They have the .img file, and the same burn tool as the SoChip SC8600 players have. The tool don't have the "Open Instructions" icon, but other than that, they are the same.

nah, it's using rk2806

video is good, at least packed bitstream AVI's work flawlessly which i use most, something that lacked on CC1600, and the image looks crystal crisp, great viewing angles but the screen being MVA gives the same screen tearing like on the os-81, which is also MVA

high profile MKV is unplayable, be it audio sync issues, corrupt image or slowmotion playback but that's on most players although some members claim sochip is best for MKV
