i assume holding off a product because of buggy firmware is a cheap trick to avoid support tickets
What! Yeah well no duh i don't want to deal with a player that has a lot of bugs and don't want to unnecessarily deal with angry customers, if i wanted to make a quick buck i would have already churned this out or started a presale, i am in no rush. Not sure how thats a 'cheap selling trick' rather a smart move to do.
Also sorry but none of the other players had a buggy firmware like this has, comeon half the time the UI isn't properly aligned. I learned my lesson on the OS-43, i rather wait for a little longer than jump on in.

i would only find it a bit strange because this player has been out for a month and already sold a lot, making hardware changes now would be a complete turnaround,
Really, because they did it with the orginal S:Flo and T50, thats why there was a firmware loading issue between the first batch and subsequent batches.
