well, most factories offer additional repair services for almost anything broke on a player at a very low price but you have to live in china :cry:

Happened to my first OS-81 one week within purchase, last year. Unfortunatelt there isn't much you can do about it.

Screen breakage is pretty much bad luck, it just takes the right amount of pressure on a certain spot to cause it to break.
