after reviewing this player i will go back on what i said - its beautiful - its modern without being too out there, compared side by side to the Ipod the ipod looks like a relic
the UI is amazing, the music browser is to die for, love the way the back image is of the currently selected artist and the simple way is lists the songs is elegant and well laid out
i hate seeing things like "market place" or shopping cart icons - rings alarm bells for me
on the functions i would use this is one hell of a fresh,simple design that is not too "designed" as to be quirky, its different but should appeal to the masses, again, the iTouch looks like a road crash next to this
as for importing it, well you would be a fool, importing from the US to UK is nightmare, even from ebay, customs will get you, it will cost more on ebay anyway, plus when i spend that amount on something i want a warranty and immediate base to return things if needed so i will not be paying any premiums just to get one
