I opened a support ticket today, my email is [email="belaljafri@gmail.com"]belaljafri@gmail.com[/email] but did not receive my ticket id though email.

Please look into this.

You will receive your ticket email next week(hope) because the admin is away for a week. Just be patient.

Don'tr worry if you did not get a ticket ID, it is a bug in the support system, but your ticket would have been recorded and when we reply to it,you will be notified, also you will get your ticket id again in that update email.
