I think your comments are a bit harsh and vague, after all, Sophia is not forced to answer our questions, she has the kindness to do it. Ainol's market is China and you could understand they're not focused on selling in western countries, or support occidental customers.

It's my first PMP, the way of sorting songs or why some tags don't work are weird, but it plays video and music well and it's thin with a big screen compared to my GP2X which has plenty of players, emulators and games, but is too bulky.

and you think china is not? where everything is about big numbers and big money? these are big companies and i'm sure they're used to something ;)

plus, like i said before, it's pretty desperate for a company to join a forum like this, what's their purpose? they have support emails and phone numbers.. or do they need to sell? do you see apple or sony here?

if anyone's getting vague answers, it's me, i asked a couple of simple questions and they were answered about something totally different, well if ainol thinks this is the way to sell your products, it's pretty sad i'd say..

my purpose is not to bash but to get some answers, ok maybe a bit in a hard way but i'm sure they're used to it, if you're proud enough to join a forum, you have to expect a full hit and well, that's just me.. i'm a pretty direct and harsh guy but usually to the point + my questions aren't some geeky in-depth onces, just wanna know what kind of problems they experience with their latest players, what their future plans are (or mp4 players industry in general) and some minor technical questions like sorting, id tags, album art, capasitive touch screen, dynamic scrollig, coverflow etc.

bring out the stuff! let us know how you guys operate, not too deep though, just some general info so we have a slight idea of how china operates

they are not here to sell, they have a big enough market in china and rebranding, and dont forget the language barrier problems and interpretation of your words,

theres being to the point and being rude, you have accused of scamming with no evidence and not given them half a chance to understand chim0, so please dont frighten them away, they do not have to be here at all, there is plentty we would like to know and only so much they will tell or even know themselves, take a different approach please chim0
