VX747 running RockBox can play Gameboy color games

Of course it’s tough to play some of the games due to lack of buttons. I am blown away that the jz4732 can handle it. Here is a site that has roms. Remember it is illegal to download a rom of a game that you don’t own. http://romhustler.net/ (Mods feel free to remove link if necessary)

The VX747 has at least 3 buttons at the VX777 will it get more difficult, or because there is virtual keyboard?

So far in bowling and pacman the screen works as the buttons. Meaning touch top center to move up hit right side to move right and so on. I will have to buy some more batteries to take pictures.(My oldest daughter can go through them as fast as I buy them).
But I have run my player dead playing Pacman so it will be at least 4-5 hours before I can play with it anymore.( I have moved up to a 1000mah battery so it takes longer to charge)

I will post some pictures in a day or two. Just had to share this info.

That's awesome.

Wouldn't it be possible to control these games with a usb game pad that with the proper adapter would hook up to the mini usb port if someone could develop a driver for it?

That was for the vx979 so it's definitely not impossible.
