Hello together,

I am looking thru this forum allready for a couple of days and I have allready found some helpfull topics for my new Onda.

Now I have a couple questions/problems:

1. I have 1 hotpixel on the screen. Is there a way to eliminate that
2. I have some dust particles inside the screen. I don't know how they came in. Does anybody know how to get rid of those?
3. Does anyone have the translations of the manual? I have only the chinese version and cannot find any translation for it.
4. I have a lot of mp4-files from my Ipod. What would be the best way to convert them for the onda?

I think that's it for the moment.

Thank you all for helping me here.

Regards
Ballantime

--->Dont think so,maybe you can get rid of it when you install the firmware again, since when do you have it and where did you get it? Do you have warrenty
2. I have some dust particles inside the screen. I don't know how they came in. Does anybody know how to get rid of those?
--->Normally without opening it is quite difficult, try to suck up the air in it with a gadet
3. Does anyone have the translations of the manual? I have only the chinese version and cannot find any translation for it.
--->When I arrive at home, I will upload you the English Manual in Doc Format
4. I have a lot of mp4-files from my Ipod. What would be the best way to convert them for the onda?
--->It can play Videos in MP4 format!

Thanks allready for uploading the doc.

The red hotpixel was there from the beginnig on. One hotpixel is not a reason for warranty.

Regarding the .mp4 files they don't show up in the menu. And I have read here at several spots that the 545 cannot play .mp4 files.

Sure one hotpixel is a reason for warrenty when the display is corrupt/broken you must return it and get a new player!

You too paid a lot o money for the player and you did not pay for a broken display! or?

A certain quantity of hotpixel you must accept. That does not fall under the warranty. At least In Germany it is like that.
