Hi all,

I m unable to transfer movies from my PC (Vista) to my Ainol player (V6000HDA). The connection between the player and my PC is lost when i m transferring a movie. It's fine when i transfer mp3 over.

I tried upgrading my firmware but the same problem still happen. Has anyone face the same problem? Please help, thanks.

Your problem sounds like to long of a cable. You should try the USB ports in the back of your computer. The side, top, front, USB ports have wires that connect to the mother board thus causing the cable to be too long.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried the solution u propose but i still face the same problem. Is there any other possible solutions?

are you using a AMD's chips mainboard , such as 690G 780G? there may be some problem if you use V6000HDA with this type of chips.

or your USB port power supply is low? try another computer

To all:
AMD 780G, 790G series may cause some problems with servel USB devices.
But, please try these operations first:
Connect V6000HD Player to the rear USB port of your computer. Because front USB port connected with extend wire internal. It will cause some voltage drop.

Someone said the Internet is not really. Infact the data transfering on network is accuratily, Even some transfer error, It can be corrected by CRC. And how about the humen?

Yes you can try a powered USB hub. I was having problems transferring large files to a usb hard drive. Same as you it would copy some of it the loose connection. The powered hub has solved that issue. Before buying a powered hub you could go into your bios and make sure your usb is set to 2.0. Usually this is done by hitting f1 or delete key possible other keys.

about your player's problem,i faced the same problem in a Internet bar,i think you can try it on another computer first~
in our forums some people said it maybe the computer motherboard is not compatible with the player
and i have the lastest firmware for the hda ,it is base on geimei VX690hd version1.3,but is not translations ,it is ??white wing?TM) Fireware,now the HDA can support 3 games
