i posted this in another thread:

I've HOD warning sign and don't agree with it, they did the same for their PC20. Since the PA20 and PC20 came out, we've sold almost 100 units total of both and till today none have returned to be fixed or arrived doa. So in our experience the player is quote reliable.

Plus according to his sig, admin uses the PA20 himself for video, so you know he wouldn't pick a crappy player

haha thats the main reason i bought the PA20. cuz if admin uses it, it must be good =D

Well it isn't only good, I think it is great. Actually I think admin has it right, I use an M3 for music and the PA20 mostly for vids. I haven't had even a hint of trouble with my PA 20.

Have you upgraded the firmware on your PA20 yet?

the new firmware adds a bit more sensitivity and the sliding screens, slide a little faster.

I don't know what else changes there were.

Just to add, all the PA20's now come with the newer firmware already installed.
