Tried both. Some times it finds maybe, 1 to 3 satellites, but with very poor connection
so not enough for the gps to work.

Is there anyway to get the gps antenna more power full or something, with somekind of amplifier ?

im sure there are hardware mods you can do to maybe boost things, you will need to Google it and see as im sure you wont find specific instruction for your specific tablet, if you can open it up, see if there is some model number to the GPS chip, see if that yields any results, have a look around the web at boosting GPS reception, like i say, im prety darn sure you wont find instructions for your tab as its just a generic, but you should find general guides

A lot of the GPS module and antennas used on China tabs are just not very good and to make matters worse they are usually not placed properly and the plastic housing of the tablets tend to be made too thick for the antennas to properly receive a signal.

One trick we found with the old MIDnite was to have people face he back of the tablet towards the sky, the GPS unit would then lock onto enough satellites for it to work properly, normally after doing this the GPS would work properly even when you had the back of the tablet not facing to the sky anymore.

The other solution is to open the tablet up, make a little modification to the case so that the antenna is either on the outside or positioned somewhere closer to a port.
