I ordered Android tablet in December - have not received it

I ordered this on December 18, 2011:

1 x CorePad7/Herotab C8 Capacitive A8 S5PV210 Android 2.3 (CorePad-7) =

I opened a support ticket on 12/31/2011 and received a message on January 3rd:

Hi
Your order will be sent out today, we were unable to send it out before our office closed for the holidays.

After several more added messages to the support ticket, I have not received another reply nor have I received
the tablet.
